guys i finally got my b16 running after a few problems at home etc, started it today and the cel stayed on while ignition was on, after running and when i switched the engine off, tried to do the cel with the plug and the cel doesnt flash it just stays on. when i bought the ecu i was told it had an external rom error but was assured it wouldnt interfere in any way, can any one help me out. stuart

sounds like something with the ecu friend... try pulling the code with the car running and see if you get anything?

not looking good dude, i tryed to extract the cel but wouldnt flash, decided to open the ecu and look what some blind barbaric bastard has done to my ecu!!

but i can guess by your statement its not good... i had a p72 socketed with the s200 that did something like with the cel light that and it was fucked up....
