ok so as far as i know and have worked with tachs....
red-power
black-negative ground
Green signal wire(instead of hooking this to the coil go to the blue wire behind teh cluster this is the oem signal wire for the tach all civics have them so youd be set there....

im guessing the others maybe for the shift light, or illumination....

for the power wire (redwire), ther is a male style pin in your fuse box that is only powered when the switch is on, you can confim this with a test light, normally its the pin closest the door.... there should be like 5 of them in a row right at the fuse box under your dash :thumb: for your ground (black) i would just run your black wite to a clean metal spot somewhere under the dash, you could use the place where the main relay bolts if you want.. you decide... for your tach signal (should be green) id tap into the blue wire on your dist plug, it should be the blue wirre on the two wire plug or the one in the under dash harness, thats your call...... and your white one is your illumination wire, id tap it into your head light switch, or i believe there may be a pin in your fuse box for this too but im not 100% sure... hope this helps :thumb:

These are the option outputs on the under-dash fuse box. Connect to them using spade connectors like those used for speakers.

Far left red is constant power. Other red is constant power but you need to put a fuse in #17 if there isn't one there already. The white option output is your illumination (parking lights). The oranges have power when the key is on. Center orange needs a fuse in #16.

Tach wire is behind the cluster. It's a solid blue wire. For ground, there is a factory ground on a 10mm nut that you can see from behind the cluster. It's through a hole or if you look up from under the dash, it's right at the top to the right of the steering wheel. Put a ring terminal on your ground and slip it in there.
