I own a 95 civic eg hatch and when I pull the carpet up I can see my ecu but there are 2 random green tipped plugs just hanging there that were tucked up next to my glove department, what should they be plugged into and what are they for?

they are for pulling the codes when you have a cel light on.... the one blue (in your case green) plug with 2 wires you put a paper clip in there and make them make contact and the check light flashes the code... it shows the whole procedure in a haynes manual and they plug into nothing
