If you are apt to try some hands on wiring troubleshooting I can get the parking light and headlight wire colors and you can source them with a fused jumper to see where the problem lies. switch, relay, short etc.

Do you have a multi-meter?

Download the manual from honda hookup and then find the troubleshooting flow chart for the headlights.

- I took my dash out thinking thinking i might find burned or loss wire.

umm....did you happen to check under the engine bay there are two boxes either side with a bunch of black wires going to them.....they may have gotten loose (ground connections) happened to me a bit back since there seems to be no power there may not be a complete circuit....

That was a complete waste of time and in no way related to my suggestions.

Put everything back, did not find any burnt or loss wires, changed all the fuses in the eng. bay and under the dash and then for some strange reason my light are back on, shit no idea...

Was probably just a bad connection on one of the plugs. If it happens again try one at a time and you may be able to isolate the problem. Can even happen with the fuse connections at the fuse box. Good to hear its working.
