poss. ecu problems?

my car runs rough, i have spark, timing, compression, but i cant tell if the injectors r working correctly? im getting fuel but dont know how much. the problems mainly occurs after the car runs for a few mins, more of a load the worse it runs. was told it might be injectors,my ecu(controlling the injectors), or fuel pump. replaced my dissy,plugs,timing belt and main relay, and batt. need help!!!

ECU's aren't known to fail unless fried by some faulty diy wiring jobs...
Do you have a check engine light? I'm beting you have a faulty sensor somewhere, sending your ecu the incorrect signal.

no CEL, took it to honda they think its my batt and my ecu. had it chipped and tuned about a year ago.

Turns out it was injector #1, no thanks to honda tech at the dealership.
