Ok, on the back of your under-dash fuse box there's a black box snapped in. You can pry it out with a flatblade. It's pretty tough to get out. Then crack it open and you'll see a small speaker on the circuit board. You'll need to heat up the two solder points while applying slight pressure between the speaker and the circuit board. It's not super delicate or anything but if you go in with lumberjack force you could break the circuit board. So just like wedge your flatblade in there and heat up the solder points with a soldering iron (cuz I know you're probably not going to get a de-soldering tool). Pop the speaker off and put everything back together and you're good. No more, super-annoying key chime! One of the first things I did to my Civic and to my DC Integra.
