question bout wire harness

will my OBD1 D15b7 wire harness fit on another motor
for intance i wanna swap my motor for lets say a OBD1 b18
will my D harness fit for the B motor??
or would i have to swap the harness from the B motor as well??

i think you have to slightly mod it.. but ya i think it will work. there is like 1 plug thats 2 short or has to be changed.

ok cool cause when ever i swap my motor i want to stay obd1 so i wouldnt have to change the wire harness
but if its 1 or 2 plugs then its cool
i could just swap them plugs

yup. y dont you just use the harness off the motor?? or is it without?

im still figuring everythin out and tryin to see the price of the swap
but im leaning towards the b16a3 and i dont wanna have to swap out the harness if my stock one fits..
and another question
will my obd1 harness fit a obd 2 motor??

um you would also have to modify. but i dont think it will work.. the plugs are all diff and obd2 motor has more sensors.... if i were you i would try to get the harness with the motor. then it will be more so plug and play. just have to use an obd1 ecu with jumper harness to the obd2 harness..

k thats wat i thought
im stuck tryin to figure out which motor i want
the b16a3-obd1
or the b16a2- obd2
the a3 is prob more just usin my old harness w/a lil mods
and the a2 would be swappin the whole harness..
