ok so i had this guy put a d16y7 into my 94 civic dx so he converted it to obd1 and i have a idle problem a year later and it just gets worse. ive checked almost everything. now i want to make sure that the wiring is done right. the guy cut every wire and connected it to the wire in the ecu instead or using a jumper harness so now im trying to find the information to check it. if you can help feel free to reply. i have p06 running it if that helps

Yeah unfortunately an OBD1 ECU will never idle an OBD2 D series quite right. Just check the ECU for codes and do the regular idle fixes and if that doesn't improve anything then you're pretty much stuck with what you got.
