How much is the most whp/ wheel torq you have seen on an NA K-series engine with ITB but can still drive on the street?

I want to see if there is a big difference in power between the B and K series engines, so I could see if it is worth the swap.

The only ITB's I've seen on a K series were by Hayward Performance, and run $2k-$3k. Thats alot of money but they're beautiful:

Those are nice but TWM Induction also make them for a little less
