EGH2 mounts with DSS level 2.9 axle Binding !!!!

brought my car back today i replaced my inner cv joint to prelude joint that binding issue seemed quieter this time so i tried put stock shocks and binding stoped!!
but there is a tiny vibration when driving, this time i am sure DSS sent me a wrong axle, i am thinking of buying integra 86-89 axle (tried 90-93 and its too long) and send the DSS axle back to them and let them check it out.

i found one axle on ebay just want to confirm if its the right one

i did swap shocks forks left to right because the axle was hiting the fork on passenger side, i did this based on what FRANK from DSS said on a post on hondatech to one guy who had a similar issue, you have something in mind??
