so my buddy wants to buy a swap that had and h in it to swap his k series in would it go right in the passenger side mount was cut and same for the shifter box on the floor it was cut out would it go right in ??

The passenger mount will have to be cut anyways with the kit directions on where the passenger mount has to sit will come with the kit.

About the Shifter it all depends how much of a hack job was done to it.. he might have to reweld a slab of metal in and go from there. but with fab work it shouldnt be a hard thing to do. if he took out too much metal form the shifter area he will have to add metal to fit it in properly and go from there..
